My passion for cooking began in my mum's kitchen, where I watched her spend hours preparing beautiful meals for our family. That early inspiration continues to influence the care, creativity, and dedication I bring to every dish I create.
These rich culinary roots nurtured me from a young age and inspired me to study Professional Cookery at the University of West London, where I mastered both classic and contemporary European techniques.
Over the years, l've had the privilege of working in some of the UK's most prestigious fine dining establishments, including the Michelin-starred Pied à Terre and the five-star Landmark London hotel. It was in these kitchens that I refined my craft, pushed the boundaries of creativity, and deepened my understanding of exceptional cuisine.
